Data and purposes
Your identity and contact details and message are processed to receive and answer your request, provide relevant information and manage a potential business relationship. IP address and limited connection records may be processed to secure the form and website and detect misuse.

Data is collected electronically from the information you enter and technical records generated by the web server. Depending on your request, processing is necessary to take contract-related steps, meet legal obligations and pursue the legitimate interest of operating a secure communication channel.

Contact records are kept for up to two years after the last correspondence and may be retained longer where required by law or a dispute. They are then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
